Our Four Step Process
Step One- Water Removal
CFS uses proven methods to remove all the standing water below the fuel water interface in your fuel storage tanks. CFS practices multipoint water pumping from your USTs and ASTs. The PCW (Petroleum Contact Water) is measured and disposed of safely by CFS in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Step Two- Tank Cleaning
CFS has invested in tank cleaning equipment that is trusted by the DOD, big tech data centers, and hospitals all over world. Our patented technology is designed to remove the rust, sediment, dead bacteria, and sludge from the bottom of the tank without loosing any of your fuel through a series of large micron filters.
Step Three- Fuel Polishing
CFS fuel filtration and polishing methods remove suspended water in the fuel and contaminants that we can’t see from the fuel without removing the fuel from the tank. Fuel polishing is the final stage where 1 micron particulates are removed and the fuels final water content is removed when the fuel passes through our patented filter media.
Step Four- Maintenance
CFS will provide recommendations and best practices going forward once your tanks have been cleaned and polished. We have the capability to test your fuel and treat your fuel with additives through a proprietary fuel quality maintenance program. Having professionals maintain your fuel quality and tank conditions each year will pay for the service 10 times over by reducing your downtime, parts replacement, and labor cost compared to companies who are not.
